Today Adam's antiquarian bookshop in the busy centre of Budapest is an island for booklovers, Adam and his co-readers are living symbols for the vital importance of literacy, worldwide.
And what I, as a German, admire most, is: How can one read the Hungarian language, one of the most difficult languages in the world, so fluently?
